Agricultural product field development in multiple sites takes excellent scientific as well as people skills to be successful. Knowing the biology of the crop-pest relationships and the chemical characteristics are important, but knowing your cooperators, their capabilities, and the economics of the region can determine the successful outcome of a season’s program across multiple sites.
